These hands-on mobilization/manipulation workshops will provide the detailed instruction and 1-on-1 attention needed to create a consistent, systematic, and highly effective approach to treatment at your practice.
In the workshop, focus is placed on the systematic evaluation of the spine, hip and pelvis. Differential diagnosis is taught between spine vs hip vs pelvic origin of pain. Attendees will learn proven and effective spinal mobilization/manipulation techniques to treat dysfunctions that span the vast majority of cases seen in the clinic.
A hands-on lab format is provided to change patient's pain the first visit, from severe acute neurological symptoms to patients who have been experiencing pain for years with no relief.
After completing the course, PTs will produce significantly better outcomes by identifying the origin of patient’s pain and providing change starting from the very first visit.

Lumbopelvic and Hip Complex Course 1 & 2:
- Focus is placed on the systematic evaluation of the spine, hip and pelvis. Significantly increase your outcomes by identifying the origin of your patient’s pain.

Cervicothoracic and Shoulder Complex Course 1 & 2:
- Differential diagnosis of cervical vs thoracic vs GHJ evaluation is provided to understand where your patient’s pain is originating from.
- Learn a systematic approach to mobilizing/manipulating the cervicothoracic spine as well as the GHJ, ACJ and SCJ.
- Learn how difficult cases such as adhesive capsulitis and neurological radicular symptoms are differentially diagnosed and then effectively treated with spinal mobilization/manipulation.
- A hands-on lab format is provided to change patient's pain the first visit, from severe acute neurological symptoms to patient's who have been experiencing pain for years with no relief
Joint Mobilization for the Upper Extremity & Lower Extremity Course 1 & 2:
- The Extremity Course continues to build off of the Breakthrough Treatment Approach (BTA) learned in the LP-1, LP-2, CT-1 and CT-2 courses.
- Learn joint based mobilization techniques to consistently heal conditions including: Adhesive Capsulitis; Lateral Epicondylitis; Meniscal Lesions; Carpal Tunnel; Cervical/Lumbar Radiculopathy; Plantar Fasciitis; Chronic edema in distal joints as well as many other conditions commonly seen in the clinic.
- Our approach will identify the origin of the patients pain and provide you with a hands-on manual technique to immediately change your patients pain.
Advanced Spine Course 1 & 2:
- The Advanced Spine course is an advanced technique course that teaches participants high level Grade V HVLAT mobilizations.
- Focus on treating the most challenging patients.
- Learn techniques for patients whose remaining 1 to 2 pain level you can not seem to resolve.
Focus on specific patient scenarios that therapists often struggle with in the clinic and the higher-level techniques needed to resolve their pain.

Mike Fink, PT, DSc, SCS, OCS, COMT
Dr. Fink is a highly experienced physical therapist with a Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy from Baylor University and board certifications in Sports and Orthopaedics. He has an extensive background in manual therapy, with formal training from the U.S. military and institutions like Michigan State University and NAIOMT, where he earned distinctions in manual and orthopedic manipulative therapy. Currently a professor at Lebanon Valley College, Dr. Fink is passionate about teaching and mentoring clinicians, helping them develop expert-level manual therapy skills to transform patient care.
Dan Hinnerschitz, PT, DPT, COMT
Dr. Hinnerschitz worked as a staff Physical Therapist at Madden Physical Therapy in Harrisburg, PA for 6 years before opening a Madden PT office in Dauphin, PA in 2018. After another 6 years growing the Dauphin clinic many times over as the clinic director, Dan returned to the Harrisburg office in 2024 as the clinic director. Dr. Hinnerschitz specializes in the management of orthopedic conditions and providing a variety of manual therapy interventions to his patients.
Dan Neff, DPT, COMT
Dr. Neff specializes in the treatment of lower back and neck pain, headaches and sports injuries. Dan grew up in the southern end of Lancaster County and started the Neff PT practice in July 2009, "to serve the people of my community."
The practice has grown quickly and now serves patients throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey.
Joseph Hribick, PT, DPT, DSc(c), COMT, FAAOMPT
As co-founder of Breakthrough Manual Therapy Courses and Pearl Institute of Manual Therapy, Dr. Hribick’s personal mission has always been to help others become exceptional therapists who are fully equipped to provide the best care to their patients. Dr. Hribick just transitioned out of the clinic director role from the Madden-Gilbert Physical Therapy Harrisburg Clinic, where he ran all facets of this rapidly growing outpatient orthopedic private practice location in Pennsylvania since 2011, to join academia full-time.
